Hey Friend!

After the year our industry has faced, we've all felt close to it -  burnout. Join us for an evening of inspiration and soulful rejuvenation with Rachel Sheerin in her Saving Your Joy - How to Prevent Burnout talk!

We work in the best industry in the world - but that doesn't mean it's easy!

In this interactive, high energy program, we’ll take a look at our beliefs on success, why burn out happens, and how you can enjoy your life, own your joy & absolutely love your success. Rooted in the goal of keeping high performers and awesome professionals in our industry, attendees walk away with awareness about burnout, signs to watch for and how to find joy in your career again.

This Program is perfect for:

  • Independent Small Business Owners
  • Long Time Hospitality Professionals
  • Anyone interested in living an authentically successful and happy life
